The Lumen device has a one-time cost of $315, and it would be used to collect results/data that would be discussed in your upcoming nutrition appointments. Lumen purchase includes 6-month access to the app, and there would be $19/month cost if patients would like to continue the subscription (this is just to continue using the device and app).
